The ELEDIA Research Center is pleased to announce an upgrade of the online demonstrator of the research project #SHARON.
The #Search and #Rescue Operation Assistant (#SHARON) is a #Decision #Support #System designed to support #decision #makers and #civil #defense operators for handling the #search and #rescue (#SAR) #emergency #mission. The #presence #probability estimation exploits #AI and heuristics, while the #personneel #selection and deployment rely on #multiobjective #optimization techniques.
In particular, the latest upgrade is related to the #planning phase.
The demonstrator now supports multiple types of assets: the #montain #rescue assets and barracks have been added to the default #firefighters rescue #teams.
