Preserving Modern and Historical Buildings Non-Invasively with ELEDIA SnATCH Project

🏛️ Preserving Modern and Historical Buildings Non-Invasively 🏗️

The #SnATCH research project focuses on designing and testing #inversion #methodologies for #structural #health #monitoring (#SHM) in the realm of cultural heritage. This innovative approach is based on the real-time analysis of parameters such as #vibrations and #inclinations measured by low-cost relocatable #wireless #sensors, that enable non-invasive monitoring of both modern and historical #buildings.

SnATCH is the result of a fruitful #collaboration between ELEDIA@UniTN at the Università di Trento (Italy) and ELEDIA@UniNAGA at the Nagasaki University (Japan). This project has received support from the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation, as part of the cooperation program between Italy and Japan.
