Through Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) — a nature-inspired algorithm that lets simple agents collectively find optimal solutions!

In this course, you will learn:
- How swarms, without leaders or maps, navigate complex search spaces
- The PSO algorithm: velocity updates, attraction to best solutions, and convergence mechanics
- How PSO can escape local minima and handle non-convex, nonlinear cost functions
- Applications to electromagnetic diagnostics and inverse problems
- Hands-on exercises in modeling, tuning, and applying swarm intelligence techniques
Whether you’re working with structural health monitoring, sensor-based diagnostics, or AI-driven optimization, this course shows how collective intelligence leads to smarter solutions!
