ELEDIA involvement in the EEB project

The ELEDIA Research Center is pleased to share the involvement in the #EEB project, a #European #Community project funded in the framework of #PON and the Italian #Smart #Communities cluster.
The primary objective of EEB research project is to enhance #energy #efficiency in #buildings and #urban #districts.

Among the various activities in which the ELEDIA@UniTN research team actively participated, we are proud to present our #smart #lighting system. This innovative solution leverages highly autonomous #wireless #smart #sensors and #actuators for monitoring and controlling energy consumption and production. The wireless monitoring system is scalable, cost-effective, reliable, and operates with an incredibly #low #energy profile.
Our intelligent management of lighting systems ensures #optimal #optical #performance for visitors while #minimizing #energy waste. By dynamically adjusting the #dimming level of lamps in real-time, we maximize user experience and minimize energy consumption and the exposure of art-works. To achieve this, the integrated #AI-based system opportunistically exploits #room #occupancy and user #localization data.

At ELEDIA, we are dedicated to creating #sustainable and energy-efficient urban environments. To learn more about the EEB project and our other projects related to #clean #energy and sustainability, visit our website at https://lnkd.in/eM2MeTRu
