
The ELEDIA Research Center is pleased to announce the 2026 ETRP Advanced Program on Underwater Engineering, coordinated by Prof. Andrea TRUCCO (ELEDIA@UniGE Director).
This advanced training initiative is designed to provide cutting-edge knowledge and hands-on insights in the field of Underwater Engineering, with a strong focus on Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) systems and their applications, innovative metamaterials for underwater scenarios, and acoustic array processing, highlighting their role in advanced sensing, wave manipulation, and signal interpretation in complex underwater environments.
Participants will have the possibility to address both theoretical foundations and practical implementations, exploring state-of-the-art methodologies and real-world engineering challenges in the field.
The training program will be held at DITEN, University of Genoa, Via Opera Pia 11 A, in the months of March-May 2026.
