The ELEDIA Research Center is proud to celebrate the first graduates of the M3 Postgraduate Program – First Edition (2025), a group of pioneers who have successfully completed a demanding and highly selective academic journey.
Throughout the program, the candidates tackled top-tier, cutting-edge research topics at the absolute frontier of technological innovation.
The defense was highly rigorous, held before a qualified audience and an elite evaluation committee featuring M3 Director Prof. Andrea MASSA, DICAM Director Prof. Rossano ALBATICI, and DII Director Prof. Alessandro PEGORETTI.

- Luca D’ANDREA – Static and Dynamic Behavior of Honeycomb-Based Metastructures (Advisors: Prof. Emiliano RUSTIGHI, Prof. Marco ZAGO)
- Suryarajitha INAPURAPU – Optically-Transparent Smart Electromagnetic Skins (Advisor: Prof. Giacomo OLIVERI)
- Sven MACOLIC – Permeability as Function of Auxetic Deformation of the Re-Entrant Honeycomb Structure and CFD of the Gyroid Unit Cell (Advisors: Dr. Pasquale GALLO, Prof. Marco ZAGO)
- Usman SHEHRYAR – Transparent Reconfigurable Materials and Components for Smart Electromagnetic Skins (Advisor: Prof. Giacomo OLIVERI)
Each of them has contributed to advanced research topics spanning smart electromagnetic skins, metastructures, and transparent materials.
