Paola GAROFALO received the Master Degree in Social, Organizational and Communicational Psychology, from the University of Padova, Italy, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from the International Doctoral School in Information and Communication Technology, Trento, Italy, in 2019. She is a permanent member of the ELEDIA Research Center (ELEDIA@UniTN – DICAM, University of Trento).
