SALLEH Noor Maya is the Dean of UTB School of Business, Universiti Teknologi Brunei. She gained a bachelor degree in Public policy and Administration from University Brunei Darussalam, MA in Training and HRD from the University of Warwick and a PhD in Management from the University of Southampton. She also obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Technical Education in 1997, has 20 years teaching experience and awarded Excellent Teacher Award in 2015. Her research and teaching interest is on emotional intelligence, change management, organizational behavior, Management, and M&A.

Before assuming responsibility as Dean in 2013, Noor Maya established university HRD unit and served 5 years as the director of this unit. Throughout her recent Deanship, she has facilitated the improvement of the School of Business including separating the business school from Faculty of Business and Computing; design and implement strategic plan towards School’s growth; re-structuring the School and re- organizing talent and their responsibilities; revamping curriculum; coordinating IoT projects including national disaster projects with E-Government Centre; and acquiring AACSB and AAPBS membership for the School. She was also appointed as the Head of Planning and Development Office where she conducted Change Management training to all academic and support staff for several series.

She also had experienced giving professional training on Human Resource Management for senior government officers in Brunei organised by the Public Serviced Department. She has recently been appointed as the committee for in- service training for Brunei Public Service Department and heading In-service Training Unit for the university.
