? Introducing COCOON: Empowering Older Adults with Online Exercises and Training ?

? The global #population<\/a> is #aging<\/a> rapidly, and technology plays a crucial role in aiding aging in place and improving the well-being of #older<\/a> #adults<\/a>. That’s where #ELEDIA<\/a> #COCOON<\/a> comes in!
This innovative research project utilizes ICT technology, learning theories, and gamification to motivate #elderly<\/a> and older adults to engage in #training<\/a> and #learning<\/a> through computers and mobile devices.
Towards this end, the ELEDIA Research Center<\/a> collaborates with the #CeRiN<\/a> Center for Neurocognitive Rehabilitation (CIMeC UniTrento<\/a>) to deliver high-quality exercises in areas such as #attention<\/a>, #memory<\/a>, visuo-spatial #perception<\/a>, #language<\/a>, and #financial<\/a> skills.

? COCOON offers #personalized<\/a> #training<\/a> programs tailored to individual needs, allowing older adults to participate in exercises suited to their #cognitive<\/a> #strengths<\/a>. The platform is compatible with computers, tablets, and smartphones, making it accessible from the comfort of their #own<\/a> #homes<\/a>.
