The ELEDIA Research Center<\/a> is pleased to share the involvement in the #EEB<\/a> project, a #European<\/a> #Community<\/a> project funded in the framework of #PON<\/a> and the Italian #Smart<\/a> #Communities<\/a> cluster.
The primary objective of EEB research project is to enhance #energy<\/a> #efficiency<\/a> in #buildings<\/a> and #urban<\/a> #districts<\/a>.

Among the various activities in which the ELEDIA@UniTN research team actively participated, we are proud to present our #smart<\/a> #lighting<\/a> system. This innovative solution leverages highly autonomous #wireless<\/a> #smart<\/a> #sensors<\/a> and #actuators<\/a> for monitoring and controlling energy consumption and production. The wireless monitoring system is scalable, cost-effective, reliable, and operates with an incredibly #low<\/a> #energy<\/a> profile.
Our intelligent management of lighting systems ensures #optimal<\/a> #optical<\/a> #performance<\/a> for visitors while #minimizing<\/a> #energy<\/a> waste. By dynamically adjusting the #dimming<\/a> level of lamps in real-time, we maximize user experience and minimize energy consumption and the exposure of art-works. To achieve this, the integrated #AI<\/a>-based system opportunistically exploits #room<\/a> #occupancy<\/a> and user #localization<\/a> data.
