Two distinguished PhD positions based at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (ELEDIA@AUTH).

The ELEDIA Research Center<\/a> is pleased to advertise that the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH)<\/a> is currently seeking candidates for two available positions for the Doctoral Networks project:

“ISAC-NEWTON: Intelligent Sensing and Communication as Training Network for Perceptive Mobile Networks in 6G”

<\/strong>This groundbreaking project aims to revolutionize wireless networks with state-of-the-art intelligent sensing and communication technologies.

The project runs from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2029, and is coordinated by Dr. Zaharias Zaharis at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Official advertisement for the recruitment will be posted on Euraxess in March and April 2025.

– Position 1: Design and optimization of metasurface-based sensors for environmental monitoring
– Position 2: Improved radar systems based on frequency selective surfaces
