at the short course &#8220;FD-3: Quantum Electromagnetics and Its Applications&#8221; at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ieee-aps-ursi-2024-florence-it\/\" rel=\"noopener\">IEEE APS\/URSI 2024 Florence (IT)<\/a>.<br><br>The course was presented by Thomas E. Roth, Dong-Yeop Na, Weng C. Chew, Zhen Peng, Gabriele Gradoni, Paolo Rocca, and Luca Tosi.
