After obtaining her high school diploma in classical studies, Alessia Marhcese is currently enrolled in the BSc in Electronics Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Genova.
She is an ETRP at the ELEDIA Research Center (ELEDIA@UniGe – University of Genova, Italy).
Her research activity is focused on signal processing and underwater acoustics, with particular attention to distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) optical systems.
