He has been a Research Fellow at Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia, Osservatorio Etneo (INGV-OE) for two years, contributing to the remote sensing of volcanic phenomena. He is currently a PhD Student at Dipartimento di Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica ed Informatica (DIEEI), University of Catania, while collaborating with INGV-OE.
