TEGOU I. Thomas was born in Florina, Greece in 1987. He received the Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace in 2010. In 2012 he received the M.Sc. in Advanced Telecommunications Systems and Networks from University of Peloponnese, Greece and in 2015 he received the M.Sc. in Electronic Physics specialized in Electronic Technology of Telecommunications from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
