On April 13–14, 2026, the ELEDIA Research Center delivered lectures and hands-on sessions as part of the 2026 ETRP Advanced Program on Underwater Engineering.
The activities combined theoretical foundations with practical software exercises, offering participants a comprehensive insight into advanced topics in underwater acoustics and sensing technologies. Among the software exercises, particular attention was devoted to the design and analysis of acoustic skins, exploring their modeling approaches, key performance metrics, and potential applications in realistic underwater scenarios.
These sessions further contributed to bridging theory and practice, fostering an engaging environment focused on innovation and applied research.
