Thanks to the integration of the quasi-conformal transformation optics (QCTO) technique with a customized source inversion (SI) strategy, the proposed approach enables the synthesis of meta-material lenses with reduced anisotropy indexes that are able to significantly enhance the radiation characteristics of linear antenna arrays, letting them mimic the performance of larger apertures. To prove the effectiveness of the MbD methodology, some numerical benchmarks are reported and discussed. date: 2018 publisher: ELEDIA Research Center - University of Trento referencetext: G.
