N2  - This report proposes a comparison of a Bayesian Compressive Sampling strategy applied to solve the inverse scattering problem under the first Born approximation, with deterministic (conjugate gradient method) and stocastic (genetic algorithms) approaches. The reconstruction errors has been evaluated and compared for different values of the dielectric permittivity.
