Abstract

In this report, a statistical analysis of the BCS-based inversion technique for microwave imaging within the Rytov approximation is proposed. The performance of the technque has been evaluated varying the number and the position of the sparse objects inside the investiation domain. Moreover, a comparison with a state-of-the-art technique based on the Born approximation has been proposed.
